And probably best not to use it to light fags! they draw a heavy current. solder and heat shrink is usually best followed by crimp terminals, then screw terminal blocks. scotch blocks, (the ones that press into the wire to make a connection) don't have a good reputation for reliability. Finally! I think the other side might have wait til I get back though! The crappt clarke tourque wrench was massivley over cooking the tourques. Thanks for all your help guys. So shiny this a shame to put the wheel back on!

Right bought myself a nice torque wrench. Longer bolts and nylocks the other side as belt and braces.

AAAAARGH! now both 12.9 cap heads have snapped off in the hub what the hell is going on! I have checked the threads by running up a bolt from the other side... got to catch a boat on Sunday

M10 bolts, I have got some 12.9 tensile but they are hex socket heads or should I go with 8.8 standard bolts? Mine I think were original and 10.9.

If the adjuster arm was meant to slide on it surely the chamfer should be on the outer. Anyway I have gone with chamfer towards back plate.

Right got it on the right way. Then one if then lower M10 bolts sheared! Got it out OK. But it was a bit strange 10.9 tensile and I had the torque wrench aiming for 65 NM all looks lined up correctly. Oh well, need to get a new set of bolts tomorrow
